Kleinfruit

This is our collective name for blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and other typical small dark-red fruits. Here, too, the principle remains the same: the whole fruit is steeped for months in aged lambic until the desired flavour is achieved, after which the blend is bottled with a little more young lambic.
