Aged & Amazed - Part II
From brew day to the depths of the caveau.
On Saturday 14 November 2026, we will once again put slow time at the heart of things for the second edition of Aged & Amazed. On that day, we will throw our brewery and cellar doors wide open, with the lambik-O-droom as the starting point for a day full of lambic, exceptional bottles, and brewing tradition.
We will open the lambik-O-droom as early as 8:00. From there, you can visit the brewery—we are laying on a shuttle bus—and afterwards sample our living heritage at your leisure. And for the early birds, coffee and pastries will be waiting.

This gives you a chance to follow the brewing process up close: from loading the grains and mashing to boiling the wort. And as the day draws to a close, you can witness the filling of the coolship—a quiet yet special moment that marks the beginning of a new, long journey.
After all that hard work, you can continue enjoying yourself in the lambik-O-droom. For Aged & Amazed II, we have once again dived deep into our cellar (caveau) and brought up a selection of rare and exclusive bottles. Forgotten gems, very last bottles, and lambic beers that have aged patiently for years before finally seeing the light of day. Exclusive releases also await in the shop for anyone who would like to take something special home.
It is a chance to discover two sides of our lambic in a single day: what is happening in the brewery today, and what years of time and patience ultimately bring to the bottle.
