Zenne y Frontera was born in 2012. For the first time, young lambic was further matured in freshly emptied sherry casks. Since then, we return almost every year to the region around Jerez de la Frontera to find the finest Oloroso, Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, and Palo Cortado casks. A truly exceptional caress for the palate.
