Wilde Terf

A beautiful collaboration with Brasserie De La Senne.

For this one-off collaboration, the Brussels-based Brasserie De La Senne brewed a wheat beer using local wheat, which was first aged in oak barrels for two years. We then blended that beer with young and old lambic to create this Wilde Terf. Terf is the old Brabantian name for wheat (tarwe).
