Most of the red, white, and yellow peaches for our peach lambics are sourced from Gelrode, roughly 40 km from the brewery. The vineyard peaches also come from here, or from the Mosel region, depending on availability and the harvest. Occasionally – when the Belgian harvest is less bountiful – we might turn to a befriended peach grower in Spain.
