Tribute to Armand

A warm afternoon among good friends to pay tribute to Armand.

On the 24th we are opening the doors of our lambik-O-droom from 14:00 to 20:30 for an intimate homage. An afternoon just as Armand would have loved it: gathered around the table with friends and fans, crusty pistolet rolls with good butter, minced pork, and pickles, taking time for good conversation, stories from the past, and dreams of what was to come… and, of course, a fine glass of geuze! An opportunity to taste together, share memories, and reflect on who Armand was and everything he built.

On the 24th, we will open the doors of our Lambik-O-Droom from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Not for a grand memorial, but for an afternoon in the way Armand himself would have enjoyed it: gathered around a table, taking the time for a good conversation, sharing stories from the past and, of course, enjoying a good glass of geuze.

At the bar and in the shop, we will be offering a special selection of aged bottles from our cellars. Bottles that have quietly taken their time over the years, each telling its own story.

We also want to connect this tribute to a charity close to Armand’s heart: the Kinderkankerfonds (Children’s Cancer Fund). We will be opening bottles of Pension Blend in exchange for a generous donation to the collection box or via the dedicated bank account. Together, we hope to make a sizeable contribution to this wonderful cause.

And for as long as supplies last, the pistolet rolls with good butter, minced pork, and pickles are on us. Simple, hearty, and unmistakably Pajots.

Come by, take a seat, raise a glass, and share a story. An afternoon to remember together, enjoy the present, and honour Armand in a way that truly suits him.
