NL - Cuvée Miel 2025
Voor deze Cuvée Miel hebben we een drie jaar oude honinglambik gemengd met een jonge lambik in een verhouding van 66/34. Tijdens het brouwen van het oudste deel, begin 2022, hebben we honing van onze eigen bijenkorven in de Schaarbeekse kersenboomgaard toegevoegd aan het afkoelende lambikwort. Tijdens het mengen hebben we hetzelfde gedaan. De gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd van deze blend was meer dan 28 maanden op het moment van bottelen.
Vrijwel alle granen zijn lokaal in Pajottenland geproduceerd. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
EN - Cuvée Miel 2025
For this Cuvée Miel, we blended a three-year old honey lambik with some young lambik in a 66/34 proportion. While brewing the oldest portion beginning of 2022, we added honey from our own Schaarbeekse cherry orchard bee hives to cooling lambik wort. While blending, we did the same. The weighted average age of this blend was more than 28 months while bottling.
Virtually all of the cereals were sourced locally in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
