Tijdens onze 18e Open Bier Dagen krijg je de kans om zelf in de huid van een geuzesteker te kruipen. Slechts één keer per dag organiseren we een exclusieve 3 Fonteinen Private Blend-workshop, waarbij je onder begeleiding van onze lambiekkenners jouw eigen geuze creëert.

Tijdens deze interactieve workshop proef je 1-, 2- en 3-jarige lambiek en ontdek je hoe een geuze wordt samengesteld uit verschillende leeftijden. Onze kenners nemen je stap voor stap mee in het blenden, zodat je de smaak, balans en complexiteit van lambiek zelf leert ervaren.

Je gaat vervolgens zelf aan de slag om jouw unieke geuzeblend samen te stellen. Ben je tevreden met het resultaat, dan bottel je zes flessen van jouw eigen creatie. De flessen mogen vervolgens nog zes maanden verder rijpen bij 3 Fonteinen.

Vanaf het afhaalmoment ontvang je ook een 3 Fonteinen Private Blend-label, waarop je zelf de naam en details van jouw blend kunt invullen. Zo ga je naar huis met een geuze die niet alleen door jou werd geblend, maar ook jouw eigen verhaal vertelt.

Afhalen

Jouw geuze krijgt alle tijd om zich verder te ontwikkelen en rijpt nog zes maanden bij 3 Fonteinen. De flessen kunnen worden afgehaald vanaf 30 april 2027, tijdens de normale openingsuren van de Lambik-O-Droom. Bij afhaling ontvang je de 3 Fonteinen Private Blend-labels, waarop je zelf de naam en details van jouw blend kunt invullen. Indien gewenst, kunnen de flessen ook worden verzonden (verzendkosten niet inbegrepen).

EN – 3 Fonteinen Private Blend | Blend your own geuze

During our 18th Open Beer Days, you'll have the unique opportunity to step into the shoes of a traditional geuze blender. Only once a day, we host an exclusive 3 Fonteinen Private Blend workshop, where you'll create your own geuze under the guidance of our lambik experts.

Throughout this interactive workshop, you'll taste 1-, 2- and 3-year-old lambiks and discover how geuze is blended from lambics of different ages. Our experts will guide you through the blending process step by step, allowing you to experience the flavour, balance and complexity of lambik for yourself.

Next, it's your turn to create your own unique geuze blend. Once you're happy with the result, you'll bottle six bottles of your own creation. Your bottles will then continue to mature at 3 Fonteinen for another six months.

When it's time to collect your bottles, you'll also receive a 3 Fonteinen Private Blend label, on which you can write the name and details of your blend yourself. You'll take home a geuze that not only bears your personal touch, but also tells your own story.

Collection

Your geuze will continue to develop and mature at 3 Fonteinen for another six months. The bottles can be collected from 30 April 2027 onwards, during the regular opening hours of the Lambik-O-Droom. Upon collection, you'll receive your 3 Fonteinen Private Blend labels, allowing you to add the name and details of your blend yourself. If preferred, the bottles can also be shipped (shipping costs not included).
